Hi I need to ship a laptop from USA to belgium which service should I use and what will be the cost for same? Also what all documents I need?

Or try UPS, which I think ships internationally: http://www.ups.com/content/global/index.jsx?WT.svl=Footer
The cost will depend on the weight, how fast you need to get it there and whether or not you choose to insure it; for an expensive item like a laptop, I would insure it.
You will probably have to fill out some sort of customs form. The websites can give you more info.

Have you considered using a Parcel Forwarding company like Bongo International? Bongo http://www.BongoUS.com will set you up with a US address so that you can make purchases from US based online retailers…even if they don’t ship internationally. The biggest benefit is that you can make multiple purchases from different vendors and Bongo will consolidate them into one shipment for you. They give you a 50% discount off DHL rates.
