Any duties and taxes on the other end in the Dominican Republic will be the responsibility of the recipient. You can’t pre-pay those, though you could reimburse the recipient after they have paid them.

How do I get my sales tax back for a laptop in USA while leaving the country within 1 month?
I just bought a laptop in USA and I’m leaving the country next week. I can I get my sales Tax back on that?
You don’t. The US sales tax isn’t like the VAT many other countries have, where you can get it refunded if you take what you bought out of the country.

Can I carry 2 Laptops, 2 Digital cameras, 2 Camcorders from USA to India? one of each in carry on bag?
I’m going India back to home. I have my personal laptop digital camera and camcorder . I want to buy another laptop, camera and camcorder for my uncle. Is it possible to carry each one of it in carry on bag and other in checked baggage ?

Does Dell laptops have global warrenty. Can i service my laptop in India which was bought in USA?

As far as I know, Dell does not provide any global warranty. They only provide free service in the region where it was bought. but there is a chance that you can get service from the authorized dell service executives. but you would have to pay for that again. Even if your laptop is bought anywhere outside India, you should again buy warranty again. You have a chance to do that, even if your warranty if all over too. There are 3 types of warranty services.
1. Next Business Day: If you buy this, executive will come to your place with an appointment to give service to your laptop.
2. Service Center: Dell reps will be sent to your home with a box wherein you have to put the laptop in the box and send it to the service center.
3. Normal Warranty: If you have any bad parts, you have to call customer care and they will send you new parts which will be followed by a call on which the other guy will help you installing the part.

Ok I have bought two laptops in US, now I want to come back to EU but can I have both Laptops with me, will there be any duties for them?
You are allowed 430 Euros worth of merchandise duty-free when you arrive in the EU by air. You certainly are allowed to carry two laptops, however, legally you should declare any amounts over 430 Euros and pay duty on any amounts over that.
